Lolita's is a Brisbane based jewellery business run by a mother and daughter duo, Pam and Annabel. Born from a love of pearls, Pam and Annabel are both passionate about fashion and design, and love combining the two.
Annabel was a travel agent and due to the border restrictions and COVID-19 was pushed out of her line of work. She brings her exceptional customer service and sales experience to the brand.
Pam was in the pearl industry years ago, and is excited to be back, she brings both knowledge and decades of experience in design and fashion to Lolita's.
Together they decided to modernise pearls and create affordable jewellery for all ages and Lolita's was born!
Lolita's specialises in luxury freshwater pearl jewellery for the everyday girl. We create bracelets, pendants, and earrings centered around stunning freshwater pearls. All pieces are handmade with love!

Our Pearls
Every single pearl is hand chosen for each piece. Pearls are naturally created and each and every one is different. They vary in shape, colour, blemishes and size, but this is what makes them so beautiful and unique in their own way. This means that every piece we sell, can differ slightly from the image on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on products because of a blemish or change in the natural pearl.

Payment options
We accept payment via Credit card, PayPal, After Pay or Apple Pay.
Returns Policy
Please carefully choose your Lolita's as we cannot offer refunds on your purchase if you change your mind. This is due to health and safety reasons.
We will however accept an exchange or refund if an item arrives damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact us on email above to arrange a replacement.
Postage
All of our packages are sent using a courier. Upon confirming your order and packaging it, you will be sent tracking information to trace your parcel.
Shipping time frames are out of our control, however we provide an estimate on our website. Please allow 2-5 business days for metro and 7-10 business days for rural delivery. We endeavour for your package to arrive on time, however we cannot be responsible once the package leaves our office. Please contact us if your package has not arrived and we will help to follow up with the courier.
